Particularly when they are as gorgeous as this stunning lady!
She is a Haflinger pony, a breed originally from Austria and developed as utility horses for working in the mountains. They survive on virtually thin air and as you can see look very well on a bit of grass! They normally never make more than 14hands high but are strong as an ox and kind as you like to everyone. They also think that they are as big as a Shire and as fast as a Thoroughbred! They are always flaxen maned chestnut in colour as well.
I once owned one and it was a real pleasure to see one in its proper environment, on a mountain. Judging by her condition she is obviously very loved and well looked after.
Blondes, lovely, especially those with four legs!
